Something to work towards.
Bring your goals into the conversation, whether that’s a road race, a regular riding habit or making time for strength.
A clearer picture of your training
Your activities. Your goals. The life around them. Bring the whole picture into a conversation with a compatible AI assistant.

“I have 40 minutes tomorrow.
What makes sense for me?”
For the person doing the training
A start line. A stronger week.
A little more consistency.
Bring your goals into the conversation, whether that’s a road race, a regular riding habit or making time for strength.
Your available time and the way you feel matter alongside your activities. Choose which context you ask Racewise to remember.
Ask about recent training or discuss an adjustment with your assistant, using available evidence and the context you’ve saved.
Racewise gives your assistant your runs, sleep, HRV and goals, plus a way to send approved sessions to your watch. You ask. It answers with your own data.
01 / Understand a session
Look at pacing, heart rate and available recovery evidence alongside how it felt. A single measurement cannot explain the whole session.
02 / See your progress
Compare the available volume and intensity over matching periods. Separate recorded changes from interpretation and point out gaps.
03 / Keep showing up
Discuss a manageable week around your available time and what you enjoy. Choose which constraints and decisions to save for next time.
04 / Adjust to recovery
Review available sleep and recent training alongside how you feel, then discuss options. Recovery measurements are part of the conversation.
05 / Work towards a goal
Discuss a week that fits your goal, recent training and strength preferences. Review the draft together before deciding what comes next.
06 / Take an approved next step
Review a supported workout proposal and approve its exact version before publication. Separate Garmin workout-write permission and access checks are required.
Example answers are illustrative. Nothing is sent to your watch until you approve it.
Two connections. One clearer picture.
Racewise brings evidence and context to your chosen compatible assistant. You decide what to connect and share.
Retrieve available activity and recovery measurements through your connected provider.
Unofficial Garmin connection. Measurements depend on your device and account.
Your external assistant leads the reasoning and coaching. Racewise supplies the evidence and saved context it is allowed to request.
“Can we look at this week
with my goal in mind?”
Illustrative question. Requires a compatible MCP-capable assistant and your authorization.
Turn your training and recovery data into useful conversations and plans with the AI assistant you already use. Garmin is available in the invitation-only pilot. Suunto is in development and not available yet.
✓ Available: usable in the Garmin pilot. ◐ In development: planned Suunto support, not available yet. — Unavailable: outside the current Racewise integration; notes explain the limit.

Measurements depend on the device, sensors, recorded data and account permissions. Native recovery measurements retain each provider’s meaning and units; they are not interchangeable scores.
Garmin uses an unofficial connection. Publishing requires your explicit approval; app visibility and watch sync depend on the provider and device. Suunto remains disabled while we await partner access and real account and device validation. “In development” is not a release commitment. An unavailable API operation does not mean the device or app lacks the feature.

The pilot uses an unofficial Garmin integration and is not affiliated with Garmin. Available measurements vary by device and account. Removing access does not erase information already shared in assistant conversations.
