Confirm your timezone
In your account, keep calendar dates aligned with where you train.
Connect Garmin
Open your Racewise account and check Garmin’s status. When enabled, enter Garmin details and any verification on the Racewise connection page yourself. This pilot uses an unofficial Garmin connection. Never paste credentials into an assistant chat. If access is paused, contact Arnaud.
Connect your assistant
Choose a setup guide, approve read access and run its connection check. Keep your account page open in another tab.
Ask a useful training question
Once connected, use the guide’s starter prompt, then ask about your last seven days of training.
